  The only reason I will give one star is because I cannot give none. This review should have been written 4 years ago .... my husband did write a review but I never did because the thought of this place made me shake. Our daughter was only five months old when she was handled in such an abusive manner it was sickening. What my husband didn't mention is that she was being flipped back over to her back, she was a tummy sleeper, by the staff member taking her by a leg and arm and aggressively throwing her back on her back. Banging her head against the crib while shaking it to put her to sleep. Our daughter was also left in a jumper, which wasn't age appropriate, for over an hour. I left work that day and picked up our little girl. A 5 month old little girl whose spirit was crushed in two days at this horrible nightmare of a place. I asked the director to back up the tape because she claimed she wasn't aware. She said the tape does not record.... She just refused to back it up. This took me a long time to write, mostly because I still cry knowing I left her there, but also because we are expecting another little girl soon. This place popped up on my Facebook news feed and I knew I at least had to tell our experience for the safety and well being of others. I am sorry it took me so long.
